الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for the design, installation and monitoring of corporate business solutions system : CRM, Sharepoint….etc to support the IT department role in providing sound IT advice to the company and ensure that operation information is complete and updated.

المهارات
- Develop and setup IT business solutions systems in order to support IT strategy of the department in line with the corporate business objective.
- Ensure that business solutions are up and running 24/7 in order to guarantee an uninterrupted business process.
- Utilize and maintain analysis and reporting tools in order to provide analytics reports for Business users and top management.
- Perform feasibility studies based on user requirements.
- Provide business & technical strategy for system solutions, and identify gaps.
- Project management and plan to implement IT projects.
