Senior Interface Project Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
-Execution and management of the interface management system and process within the project.
-Prepare and report of the effectiveness of the IA process performance and suggest and implement improvements.
-“Right size” the application of the interface agreement process as appropriate.
-Responsible for the maintenance of the project technical interface database, factual reporting IA status and actions to deliver and communicate to management as appropriate.
-Lead and contribute in and IA Workshops on the interface agreement process with Company and Contractor to ensure compliance.
-Manage and update the Interface Tracking Database, recording correspondence with internal and external parties and is managed to conclusion.
-Develop guidelines, processes and procedures necessary to support and control the Interface Agreement process for project(s).
-Manage information related to the interface agreement required to develop commercial agreements and similar.
-Plan the interface work based upon project milestones and objectives.

-Contribute to COMPANY Lessons Learned process.

المهارات
-Engineering Diploma / Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
-Knowledge and/or Experience 10 years’ experience in a major projects environment and/or operations and maintenance of hydrocarbon processing facilities, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
-Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Interface Agreement Management System, Process & Execution.
-Technical and Business Skills Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate superior organization skills.
-Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Independent and able to initiate and recommend solutions encompassing various technical specialties.

-Computer literate, working application of Microsoft Office Suite
