الوصف الوظيفي
-The role of Section Manager - Fresh Food will be responsible in achieving the short to medium term objectives of the Department.
- He is expected to deliver excellent customer-servicing, maximizing selling opportunities and profits at all times in his section, ensuring excellent visual standards and product availability in the section.
-Ensure execution of established safety, quality and store operation policies, procedures and practices.
-Developing and motivating a team within the fresh food environment
-Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and service within a customer focused environment.
- Increase sales and minimize stock loss.
-Ensure the implementation of a competitive pricing and the discount concept.
- Setting up new products according to consumer needs and market

المهارات
BA/BS graduate.
- Good English communication skills; Bilingual a preference (e.g. English, Arabic and French if possible)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Retail System - With 4-6 years of experience in related business i.e. Carrefour & Spinneys, with the last 3 years in the same Section
-Supervisory/Managerial level depending on store size and structure.
- GCC experience preferred.
