Responsible for the leasing and to ensure optimum occupancy of all Milaha properties which includes commercial and non-commercial properties (Towers, Showrooms, Offices, Residential buildings and Villas).
Initiate, design and carry-out marketing/ advertising campaigns related to real estate activities.
Maintain exceptional rapport with Real Estate Agents in connection with the specifications for advertising of Milaha properties including rental rates, in accordance with Milaha’s Real Estate marketing & pricing strategy.
Engage with prospective and existing tenants for the new leasing, renewals, services etc.
Ensure the timely intimation, re-negotiation (where applicable) and renewal of lease contract agreements and initiate timely search for new tenants to keep most of available rentable areas utilized to their optimum capacity.
Coordinate the handing-over and taking-over of the rented properties.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance
Should have similar experience in the field of Real Estate business in leasing and tenants relationship.
Must have worked with a developer or proprty management company.
Should be able to work with Oracle invoicing system.
Arabic and English
