PMO Specialist / Manager

Payroll company - PPLDyanmics , qatar
Location - Doha
End client - leading qatar based group
Minimum employement - 2 years .
Experience: • 3-5 years experience in project management, especially larger projects with established firms. PMO experience required.
• Experience in following sectors: healthcare, sports, transport, logistics and environment a big plus • Experience in implementing or overseeing implementation of technology and digital solutions related to the above highlighted sectors
Skill-Set: • Strong communication skills (English) and Arabic communication skills desirable • Experience in Agile teams and development • Proven leadership skills • Expertise in conflict resolution • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management • Proficiency in project management software tools • Experience reporting to Senior Management / ExCo • Familiarity with Regional / Local Culture
المهارات
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent desired
Role:
• Day to day manage vendors to ensure implementation of technology and digital solutions
• Create project plans and manage project objectives and scope
• Help set project scope, goals and deliverables, and help project team(s) with the design and development tasks
• Monitor production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards
• Lead issue identification and resolution process to manage issues and risks
• Manage risk tracking process
• Review and quality assure all project related documentation
• Report project progress, as well as problems, and offer viable solution and opportunities as needs arise
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
