1. To conduct research and development activities to expand the group’s operations and present findings.
2. To promote the image, product and services offered by the group.
3. To provide all the necessary support to the Subsidiaries General Managers in continuously expanding the existing market for the groups existing line of products and services
4. Analyzes the market and recommends opportunities for pursuit.
5. Forecasts short and long range market potentials.
6. Develops strategies, examines risks and potentials, estimates needs and goals.
7. Develops proposals, solutions, white papers and business plans.
8. Introduces the group to potential customers & business partners.
9. Defines and follows up on yearly targets and objectives.
10. Manages reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline.
11. Develops and maintains working relationships with similar and/or complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
12. Comply with all corporate policies and procedures, including quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.
13. Strengthens the relationship between the company’s existing business partners and establish good relationship with prospective business partners.
14. Develops and implements business development and marketing strategy in the company, by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting the company’s business to those markets.
15. Identifies and analyzes the company’s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the business environment.
16. Attends Exhibitions & Seminars regionally and internationally.
17. Perform other duties as assigned
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Finance
· 10-15 years’ experience (experience in a holding group is desirable) with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar post.
· Excellent communication (English & Arabic), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
· Conflict resolution
· The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
· Proven ability to negotiate
· Demonstrated excellent leadership skills
