الوصف الوظيفي
1. Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
2. To handle entire overseas recruitment for Blue & White Collar with QVC new process
3. Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
4. Screening resumes and shortlisting relevant candidate as per the requirement
5. Conduct initial phone screens
6. Schedule calls and interviews
7. Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
8. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
9. Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
10.  Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
11.  Coordinate drug tests and background checks
12.  Participate in recruiting events
13.  Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
14.  Offer letter preparation and follow ups
15.  Handling overseas business partners
16.  Coordination with P.R.O for visa processing
17.  Arranging recruitment trips
18.  Offer letter preparation
19.  preparing Job descriptions if required
20.  Coordination with other department and keep them updated for their hiring
21.  Supervise the recruitment team and ensuring their tasks are appropriately done
22.  Keep up to date the efficiency report
23.  Arranging weekly report
24.  Prepare development plan for future and share with GHRM
