Software Testing Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an experienced full time QA/QC tester to join our team in Doha Job Role
Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
Build test data sets and scripts
Perform manual functional / non-functional testings
Perform UI / UX testing based on guidelines and policies
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Build and communicate results reports

Key Requirements
Experience in testing methodologies including SDLC/STLC, testing fundamentals, and test processes & strategies
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience in defect tracking process and management tools
Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Experience in testing UI/UX for web/mobile/app based on predefined guidelines
Knowledge in manual testing of front-end, API, web services and back-end layers
Capable of leading new and existing Quality Assurance initiatives, and will be instrumental in managing QA processes, driving test methods, risk analysis, resource planning and estimating for client projects
Job Requirements
English and Arabic speaker
5+ years of experience in portal, mobile application and business process testing
Must be able to relocate to Qatar and start immediately
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
