Our client is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Agent in retail Recovery to be responsible for managing the total MI requirements for Retail Collections & Recoveries, highlight adverse trends on portfolio, manage any Adhoc requests from Senior Management.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in banking and Credit and Collection related experience.
Quality Assurance Agent Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly provsion/write offf and reversal pack
Ensure that the retail/enterprise provisons are up to date
Co-ordination with QCB Unit and operations Unit for provision matters
Verifying agency invoices and preparing vouchers for Management approval
Preparing debit tickets for Credit Card post verification
Managing Account hold activities
Verifying the balance of suspenses account and preparing the detailed report for finance
Maintaning the MIS reports & relevant files
Preparation of perfomance pack on monthly basis
Allocation of accounts on monthly basis for collections.
Providing company performance on Companies as and when required.
Assisting in the Provision Automation project
Assist in making the QCB Exclusion data and making the notice for customers
Quality Assurance Agent Requirements: Flexiblility in terms of back up for the team
Teamwork and coordination
English language
Analytical skills
Required Skills
Computer literacy with above average MS Excel skills a must
Numeric skills
Retail Product knowledge will be an advantage
Critical thinking
Education
University degree,
Training certificate in related field
Master degree, 1-2 year diploma in required field
Both banking experience, and Credit and Collection related experience are a must
Salary 4500 QAR + Accomodation allowance + Transport allowance
