الوصف الوظيفي
Prepare tender documents and budget such as bill of quantities, activity schedule, manpower and equipment schedule.
Prepare variation orders for subcontractors and assist in the preparation of variation order proposals for clients.
Prepare monthly interim certificates and progress reports.
المهارات
Has previous work experience in the same position handling QS/estimation/tender of mechanical works for building construction projects.
Proficient in Autocad and MS Excel
