As a proven leader and mid-sized business manager, you introduce people to the exciting world of BOUNCE, turning curious individuals into loyal customers. Living and breathing the BOUNCE brand, you thrive on building and motivating high energy and high performance teams. With natural energy and a great way with people, you will champion the dynamic culture that exists within each of our venues. Your experience managing complex priorities and awareness of relevant Health and Safety reporting requirements, combined with operational HR management expertise will be vital to your success in this role. Your expertise will ensure that Bounce remains a loved, regular haunt for our diverse customer groups. You will maximise occupancy rate via sales, events and marketing initiatives through direction provided by your Venue Manager and assist in prompting the venue locally by building relationships with schools, sporting communities, local organisations and the community in general.
Your operational business knowledge will be vital in implementing strategies that ensure BOUNCE is the #1 venue in town. You will build awareness and maximise occupancy through genuine community engagement and unique local marketing initiatives. Aside from your natural energy, you possess exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills that will allow you to make a dynamic and positive impact on your team. You will cultivate a culture that delivers on safety standards at all times; including a focus on preventative maintenance, combined with an applied knowledge of Injury Management Systems. You’re proud to represent BOUNCE, and you exemplify that in all your interaction with customers and our crew.
To be considered it is important that you have at least 3+ years of management experience, as you will be required to hit the ground running! Your ‘have a go’ attitude, adaptable nature and desire to succeed in all that you do will ensure a great fit into this team environment.
