Project Coordinator - Qatar

الوصف الوظيفي
A. Responsibilities:
Coordinate tasks and manage teams in small, medium and large sized projects.
Communication and follow up.
End user focal contact.
SLA understanding and adherence.
Incident analysis reporting.
Reporting, escalation and management.
Manage process maturity roadmap to ensure processes evolve and are measurable over time.
Develop work plans, schedules, and status reports and communicates with senior management and project team on project status.
Coordinate activities on process improvements across the organization.
Work closely with Process Owners to monitor and implement process improvement opportunities.
Manage “Virtual Project Teams” involving teams from across the organization, regions, and technology groups.
Assess impact to all process areas of process improvement proposals.
Maintain and manage monthly baseline of documented procedures.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information.

Able to multi-task
Familiar with customer site running projects
Familiar with computer systems
Understand the basic simple admin tasks for a computer system.
Familiar with MS office/Project SW
