Monitors, directs, and prioritizes all store front end activities, to make sure customers receive satisfactory service.
Monitors the changing needs of the service and coordinates with internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement in order to implement them.
Develops trains and supports a team delivering front line customer service, to ensure fast transactions, resolution of inquiries, complaints and requests for services at the earliest possible opportunity.
Prepares schedule for Cashiers and Customer Service Agents, setts daily targets, supervises opening and the end-of-day reports.
Ensures that the team follows established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing inquiries, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators to maximize customer satisfaction.
Manages the Department staff by setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved, as well as organizes regular team meetings
Ensures statistical information is produced, collated and analyzed on a monthly basis to assist in evaluating the efficiency of the team in resource allocation, contribution to shop’s sales targets and service improvements.
Investigates and solves customers’ problems, complaints, and any major incident. Ensures after sales services are treated with high importance and timely manner.
Develops customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization and department and ensures they are respected.
Meets with other supervisors, to discuss possible improvements to customer service.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree
3 years of experience in a managerial role; Previous experience in the industry/retail is a major plus
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
