Parsons creates interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of assignments such as conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design criteria, and preparing related reports.
Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.  Interfaces with suppliers as required.
Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.  Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
Provides the seal and signature of a professional architect when required by statute or contract
Provides technical guidance to Architectural Designer/Drafters working on the same project.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
BSc degree in Landscape Architecture.
Must be a Registered professional
At least 10 years of overall experience, minimum of 2 years in the GCC, undertaking design/construction of similar role on Landscaping projects.
Experience in arid terrain and the suitability of plant material.
Experienced in landscape design & supervision with knowledge of plant material, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting and hardscape / softscape features.
Experienced in urban design & supervision including high-end commercial landscapes.
Experienced in preparation of reports and submissions with conceptual elements.
Experience in reading and interpretation of engineering plans.
Advanced proficiency in relevant software including Vectorworks, AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and contemporary imagery software.
Must have thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Must be able to conduct an extensive review of architectural documents for potential conflict with all disciplines.
