Installment Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
Attend to customer query with regards to outstanding balance per vehicle and forward the same to Asst. Financial Controller to approve any discounts and unused LT insurance.
Process the release papers for cancelled vehicles which are jointly registered and confirmed as fully paid or settled by insurance company
Upon request from customers, process the release papers for vehicles which are jointly registered and confirmed as fully paid.
Receive all vehicle sales invoices and collate as installment sales or non-installment (cash, regular credit) and endorse the same for filing.
Work on related tasks assigned by Asst. Financial controller and/or GM-Finance
Assumes the role in reviewing sales and traffic documents prior to vehicle registration when the primary assigned staff is on-leave or absent
Assist in processing of PDC to banks whenever necessary (when assigned staff for PDC is on leave).
