Responsible for the creation of projects from the blueprint to the issuance of the projects Tender Documents (BOQ, RFP’s, Budget etc.) and completion of all related projects as per the scope and agreed timeframes;
Ensures the completion and accuracy of all the relevant letters and required project documents (internal and external);
Rigorous follow - up on projects status and management of the events, related to projects, that may impact client relations;
Obtains and reviews contractors quotations and prepare the recommendation reports for final approval;
Directs and oversees contractors ‘work to insure that all properties are properly maintained according to contract specifications, including all custodial tasks, engineering systems, fire and life safety systems, emergency procedures and record keeping;
Responsible for the supervision of contractors ‘work according to the agreed scope, cost and timelines;
Establishes criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and contractors;
Responsible for the financial aspects of projects management, up to and including, daily operating costs in line with the annual budgeting;
Coordinate department and work as a part of real estate facilities leadership to manage portfolio life cycle strategies, planning and optimization;
Ensures that all projects are done in line with company policies, procedures and values;
Ensures that all projects are done in line with country regulations and laws;
Reviews and follows-up on the audit observations and implementation of agreed audit recommendations;
Routinely monitors areas where growth is needed or possible and where existing resources can be further enhanced and helps preparing the Development/Training Plan for the Department, ensuring that performance gaps are covered and professional development are addressed by the Training Plan;
Provides appropriate career building and professional development activities to ensure a climate of growth for all employee in the department;
Assists in setting the objectives, KPIs and direction of the department’s staff and insure the proper coordination of the TPMS cycle.
