General

Culturally sensitive with experience in operating in a multicultural environment.
Sound written and verbal communication skill in English together with interpersonal skills.
Computer skills and the ability to utilize design (programming) software’s are mandatory.
Competent at Microsoft Word and Excel and other design software.
Proficient in the implementation of various PLC and SCADA systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronic or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited University to the approval of the engineer

Experience

Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience, at least 8 years experiences in supervision of design & build Control & Instrumentation system such as field Instruments, PLC and SCADA, fiber optic communication cables, testing and commissioning of Instrumentation and Control systems in pump station, sewerage treatment works, or equivalent projects.
Must be able to review and supervise a broad range of Control & Instrumentation designs and construction activities on a variety of public infrastructure projects including treatment works, pump stations or similar works.
