Landscape Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
- Expert in landscape (softscape and irrigation) project planning and execution.

- Facilitate technical guidance & support to the site team.

- Managing and lead all channels & distribution of landscaping activities.

- Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statement’s reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement.

- Establishing the landscape site plan, conduct and review processes with landscaping team to ensure delivery targets are met.

- Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, supplier and proper handover to customer upon project completion.

- Coordinate with internal departments, other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors.

- Maintaining quality of work & implementing project as per scheduled milestones.i) Proper handover to customer upon project completion.

- Interpret landscape design and proposal for presentation.

- Assist in managing landscape construction and maintenance operations and all necessary documentation works.

المهارات
- Minimum 10 years work experience in Landscaping & Irrigation Project.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Open to explore and ability to listen for and reliably deliver the activities on time.

- Taking responsibility and accountability.

- Effective co-ordination across teams.
