• Establishing Worker Welfare procedures, standards and specifications;
• Plans, develops and manages the implementation of worker welfare practices and accommodation standards
• Develops, implements and manages worker welfare assurance/control program
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Collects, tracks, analyzes, and reports overall results, including trends, for worker welfare
• Provides expert direction on resolution of issues
• Engage senior management to provide leadership and oversight on worker welfare issues
• Liaise and communicate with external authorities and stakeholders
• Engage with other external stakeholders to promote worker welfare improvements
• Obtain and maintain external verification
• Supports wider community worker welfare programs.

Experience in Qatar Labor Welfare is mandatory.
