We are the First Company to be awarded the ISO-9002 certification in Qatar and currently we are in process of ISO-9008.Our Company Focus on manufacturing pressure vessels, heat exchanger, storage tank & process equipment’s etc.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for all day to day operation of the manufacturing plants with QHSE Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Quality control inspections to minimize the repair /rework/rejection by proper inspection..
• Ensure fabricated product’s quality is maintained in accordance with the defined ISO, ASME and quality standards.
• Ensure that the testing process provide accurate quantitative and empirical results.
• Maintain proper reporting and documentation on the quality control activities, plan and standards for management timely reference and action.
• Motivate the subordinates towards team solidarity and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.
Inspection of all the incoming materials/contracted items /Final inspection/dimensional Inspections.
• Keep a record of all testing equipment ‘and their calibration records.

المهارات
• Work experience in Pressure vessels ,heat exchanger, storage tanks
• Preferred BE in mechanical or Diploma
• Required ISO/ASME certified candidate with Internal Audit experience
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Identify the Root cause analysis, problem solving, SPC and FMEA.
• Working in ISO and ASME U- stamp certified company.
