Technical Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The Technical Manager has to lead all aspects of construction activities of Ashghal projects (Pipeline, excavation, micro-tunneling, Asphalt etc). This includes managing the external & internal design teams, and appointment of staff. The role also involves leading the development of company’s Engineering Management Systems.

المهارات
Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
10 to 15 years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure.
Prior experience working with Ashghal projects
Candidates should have the following demonstrated Skills:

Technical Evaluation, Optimization and Value Engineering
Designing & Design Management
Development of Site Master Plan and analyzing Major Construction Phases
Planning and sequencing of the works
Cost Control Management and Budget Forecast
Contract Management oriented
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to prioritize & lead multiple programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Successfully delivering Fast Track projects
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic-good to have).
