Candidate with accounting background preferred.
1. Managing all inventory and stock management tasks in the warehouse.
2. Monitor performance and progress of staff, receiving, preparing and shelving distribution operations, coordinate with the fleet and delivery team.
3. Monitor & ensure security procedures and policies.
4. Random check to keep close follow up on stocks, follow up daily process, receiving, returns, transfers, all transactions between sites and credit notes from suppliers
5. Follow up damaged and discontinued goods.
6. Track missing items in order to avoid negative stocks & perform inventory analysis.
7. Ensure the healthy receiving and storing for goods.
8. Monthly meetings with showrooms and stores and follow up credit notes with suppliers.
9. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Strong leadership ability.
Proven organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive problem solving ability.
Strong strategic thinking skills.
Strong PC skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database systems.
Required Experience:
5+ years inventory experience required
2+ years supervisory experience required.
Technical degree or certification preferred.
Cost accounting/inventory management preferred.
