الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: • Set the business targets in the public & private sectors and workout to be prequalified for future potential projects in the market. • Perform an initial review of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to establish the scope of work, the tender schedule, and the composition of the tender team. • Prepare design brief, feasibility study, contract particular conditions and Design EOIs, RFQs for Design & Build projects. • Plan cost reviews and submittal deadlines according to the Client procedures and requirements and liaise with all tender team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and the commercial strategy as defined by the Country. • Negotiate the big packages with associated local/International suppliers and Subcontractors. • Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase and made available to all Tender team members. • Review the technical & commercial study and defines risks and opportunities. • Reporting deviation and proposing corrective actions to easy them. • Manage the tender process from initiation to closing session and liaising with the CEO & MD for Bid closing session. • Prepare tender presentations to the Client and to project’s team in case if awarded. • Maintain accurate records and files of all the tender data. • Define the procurement strategy and identify the long-lead items as well as assist in procurement processes to launch the proper model to fit the desired budget. المهارات - Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Locally Available with NOC - Any relevant BA with minimum 15 years of local experience in similar role. - English / Arabic is a must - Candy CCS is a plus - Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skill تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/tendering-manager-4187217/ |
