الوصف الوظيفي • Schedule daily and weekly work to be performed by each of the members of the site team. • Establish and communicate with the site team by establishing priorities in order to complete the works on time. • Read, check and validate variations and specifications of the “Method of statements” • Supervise and direct the execution of the works as per the plan. • Check the status of the implementation of each of the assignments. • Monitor directly the proper execution of works scheduled. • Check and ensure that workers follow safety measures. • Be responsible for managing any HSE-related incidents that may occur in their area of work. • Check that running jobs meet the quality requirements as per the accepted standards. • Liaise with QA/QC Engineer in the preparation of Quality Records. • Coordination with QA/QC to issue inspection notice to the customer during various stages of execution of the works. • Ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are taken on non-conformances identified during the execution of the Project. • Ensure and maintain all records of all Test/Measuring instruments including these of subcontractors. • Implement and maintain company’s Health and Safety Regulations at work site. • Ensure all Isolation/De-Isolation permit systems are strictly adhered to by his team of Foremen & Workforce. • Regular briefing of his team about possible hazards/dangers during the execution of works and precautions to be taken to avoid such situations. المهارات Experience in Building projects for more than 5 years. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/site-engineer-4193379/ |
