Automotive Technician ( With Qatar Driver's License)

الوصف الوظيفي
Carries out technical maintenance, inspection and repair work for Trucks systems:

• Verification of scope of work.

• Verification of equipment functions and its subsystems.

• Inspection of components for wear and tear.

• Diagnosing and repairing customer complaints.

• Repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out parts.

• Carrying out retrofitting work and accessory.

Reports and interacts with interfaces:

Prepares estimates for jobs needed to be carried out, parts required to replace.
Provides information to the supervisor for preapproval of additional repair.
Notifies the workshop supervisor immediately of work interruptions as a result of additionally required work, complications, missing parts/tools or missed deadlines.

Carries out quality checks

Performs job quality checkout after completion and notify Workshop supervisor.
Verification of equipment functions and its subsystems prior to handing back the equipment to customer.

Acts diligently according to dealer guidelines:

• Uses checklists/ repair instructions, tools and test equipmentadhering to current manufacturers repair guidelines

• Handles tools, special tools work clothing etc. proper

•Uses equipment cost- effectively.

• Hands over dismantled, replacement or warranty parts to warranty department cleaned and labelled.

• Disposes waste according to local legislated guidelines.

• Observes accident prevention guidelines and reporting incidents to his or her supervisor.

• Vocational training at a similar facility

• Heavy driving license / light ( QATAR)

• Team oriented and customer focused attitude• Ability to follow set process
