الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: • Supervise the dispatch of products delivery • Oversee the handling, dispatch and distribution for all outbound orders from the online ordering system within the agreed service levels • Liaise with and maintain the relationship between motorcycle riders and the customers, to ensure customer service is a priority and maintained at the required levels. • Oversee and implement processes or minimize shrinkage in the dispatch area. • Ensure activities uphold all Chain of Responsibility requirements. • Identify and recommend areas of improvement, establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices to optimize efficiency of the dispatching process and customer service • Supervise staff providing feedback and managing performance issues • Train new and existing employees when required • Develop and Maintain an Efficient Workflow • Keep Records of Employee Productivity • Maintain Relationships With riders and customers • Prepare and Deliver Regular Reports to Senior Management المهارات • Documentation • Data entry • Telephone • Listening and verbal communication • High energy level • Dependability • Multi-tasking • Emotional control • Reporting • University degree or diploma • Prior customer service experience may be preferred • Experience in dispatching management of delivery service is preferable تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/dispatcher-logistics-manager-4199193/ |
