A mid Project Control Analyst with an overall experience of 2-4 years in consultancy and advisory industry. An academic qualification in business, IT, Engineering or other related discipline is required. The candidate should have proved skills and relative experience in the following main areas:
Data collection and data gathering including abilities to plan research, design tools and perform filed research
Strategic, Business and Organizational analysis skills and experience
Knowledge in the area of strategy and/or Quality and organizational development
Skills and experience in workflows and process mapping
Perform complete assessments and organizational diagnosis.
Quality management systems and experience in EFQM assessment model
Strategic analysis knowledge and experience in developing strategic and business plans
Organizational design including restructuring, developing policies and procedures
Skills and experience in workflows and process mapping
High literacy in using MS software programs, MS Project
Skilled in preparing and conducting of PPT presentations
المهارات
The candidate must have a good level at the following competencies:
- Project management skills with PMP Certification or similar certification is a MUST
- EFQM background is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in ISO Quality Management System
- Excellent presentation skills
- Client management skills
- Able to lead and direct a team and manage client engagement
- Able to plan work schedules and handle efficiently multiple engagements/requirements at the same time
- Bilingual with a very good Arabic and English literacy (This is a MUST)
- Reasonable presentation skills
- Smart and hardworking abilities
