To assist in conducting the painting operation
To remove rust from metal.
To remove grease and dirt from work surface.
To mask and protect parts that are not to be painted or coated.
Select and mix coating liquid to produce desired color.
To heat and spray wax onto products after they are treated.
Mix paint according specifications.
Maintain tools and equipment clean and in a proper state.
Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinner, and other hazardous materials.

File, grind and sand repaired body surfaces using hand and power tools
Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
Mix paint, blend and match colors
Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns
Determine necessary application of paint for a thorough coat
Check for runs or sags in the pain the insure the quality of the product.
