QC Tester

Maintain and enhance the quality control system, processes and policy

Clarify customers concerns by road testing vehicles

Promote the “Fix it right the first time” theme to all workshop staff

Ensure by training that all service department staffs are aware of, accept and are capable in carrying out the distributor’s quality processes

Report non-compliance with quality processes, recommend and implement countermeasures

Assist service advisors with explanations to customers regarding concerns and action required or taken

Ensure quality check sheet is attached in each job card & every item is checked properly and ticked

Go through all customer complaints recorded in the repair order and the same has been carried out by the technicians

Ensure 100% quality check is done to avoid customers’ dissatisfaction

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
In-depth understanding of company standards
Documentation and reporting skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
