Submits, follows up and receives (manually and/or electronically) all private / governmental applications required such as but not limited to (Ministries, Immigration, Ports, Banks, Police departments, Courts);
Maintains record of all official licenses and documents and ensures they are renewed on time before expiration;
Transfers and receives documents and/or packages;
Send and receives the Post Office mail and shipments from Port;
Attends in Governmental and Private Departments regularly to ensure tasks are accomplished;
Keeps record of all vehicles and ensures services are made regularly and licenses and insurances are renewed before expiration;
Receives & submits incoming post office mails, deliveries and documents.
المهارات
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education degree.
Fluent in Arabic and English, both reading and writing.
Excellent communications and typing skills.
Minumum of 5 years Experience in Qatar.
Qatari Driving License.
