SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Principal Duties:
*Provides technical support to outside auditors and governmental program auditors
*Posts data to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedures
*Performs internal audits of accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash. May make correcting journal entries in assigned areas
*Prepares reimbursement requests as per requirement; prepares correspondence and expenditure reports, monitors grant related expenditures and ledgers; prepares annual expenditure reports
*Process invoices in the system and arrange for the payments
*Payroll processing
*Leave settlement & final exit settlement for employees
*Petty cash management
*Prepare payment checks
*Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries
المهارات
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Accounting
•Must be a CPA
•5 years experience in the similar position
•Experience in medical industry is a plus
•Skilled in Microsoft Package
•Good communication skills
•MUST be holding valid residency in Doha
