Plan the daily activity of CPOV to ensure maximum productivity from all personnel.
Actively assist in the closing of CPOV deals
Assist in the ordering process to meet volumes and current promotional activity.
Coach sales personnel to meet the market needs – this includes training, guidance and motivation.
Ensure an effective sales process is applied by each showroom team member consistently.
Evaluate the performance of staff and make recommendations related to the appraisal
Compile and submit daily activities reports to measure activity and ensure authentic KPI reporting.
Act as the Custodian of showroom test drive units by arranging a demo log for each car and ensuring readiness for day to day test drives, to achieve the GM standard test drive ratio.
Approve discounts as per discount policy.
Recommend overseas and contingent procurement requests and prepare local requests.
Ensure that showrooms are tidy, clean and in a presentable and attractive condition.
Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
المهارات
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the automotive industry in local or Gulf Market with a ‘hands on’ approach.
Preferably with used car sales experience.
Product knowledge is essential
Knowledge of GM standards and regulations
Systems Background in appraising used cars an advantage
Professional in appearance and attitude
Ability to present technical product knowledge
Self-motivated Ability to thrive in a business environment Supervisory skills
Good communication skills in English & Arabic, both in person and on the telephone
Computer skills – Microsoft Office
