Initial and further training of workshop personnel

Desired Skills:
Preferably Arabic nationality
Minimum 5 years experience managing an automotive workshop
Detailed responsibilities:
Makes daily target/actual comparison to check turnover and profits
Compiles the annual turnover plan in accordance with the planned number of mechanic units, the average efficiency of mechanics, the productive labor time target and the planned price per working hour
Compiles the monthly turnover plans and, at the same time, the monthly target/actual comparison
Compiles the annual cost plan and determines the target result in accordance with the turnover plan
Determines the daily target throughput in accordance with the customer potential
Determines daily, weekly and monthly efficiency analysis, the efficiency of mechanics and workshop
Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperformers
Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills
Oversees the hiring and training of service team
Maintains accurate record of all accounts and relevant financial information, cash deposit
Supervise service personnel and technicians to ensure compliance with quality standards set by a company in order to achieve highest customer satisfaction index and best service image
Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs
Oversees the disposal of wastes such as used engine oil, tires, batteries…, so to ensure adherence to health and safety laws
Oversees the inspection of automobiles to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs
Conducts price negotiations with clients to reach a favorable bargain for both management and client.
Oversees the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required in an auto service department
Listens to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges
Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service
Attends workshops and study relevant publications to stay up-to-date with developments in the automotive service industry
Limits of authority - decisions to be made with top management on:
Employment, rotation and dismissal of employees in service
