Coordinates activities and flow of work of the Centralized Deliveries and Vehicles Yards by ensuring that adequate systems are in place and staff are utilized effectively to maintain a quality operation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the operations of the Vehicle Yards and Centralized Delivery.
Act as the central point of contact between customers, Principals, freight forwarders and the vehicle and delivery yards.
Coordinate with Supervisors to manage the flow of work within the Vehicles Yards - assist in managing the delivery of goods and the maintenance and movement of vehicles controlled by the Yards by coordinating activities and schedules.
Coordinate with Sales in order to manage the delivery of purchased vehicles for pre-delivery inspections vehicles.
Maintain and update all information related to operations and report to Management as required.
Develop procedures and processes that adequately support the business and secure the quality of the work.
