Work independently to perform RF network optimization activities during network rollout phase.
Manage walk test or drive test survey team before proceeding in site installation
Handle IBS services design and survey
Complete site or hop configuration and commissioning
Trouble-shoot I & C related issues
Provide technical support to field teams for installation, integration and commissioning
Maintain Site safety and Quality as standards assigned by the vendor
Maintain team PPE
Achieve the monthly KPIs
Manage daily GSM/LTE sites installation
Manage site surveys and design whenever requested
Arrange with H&S;officer and DC for the daily work plan to ensure the availability of PPE, Materials and tools
Roll out weekly performance report to technical manager / PM
المهارات
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good health and physically able
- Presentable
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in RF Mobile & IBS networks survey & installation projects
- Skills in AutoCAD to update network design
- Experience in Tems or IBwave is plus
