Generation of sales by getting products specified either through consultants or through government authorities through project managers.
-Meeting Consultants, Government Authorities, and Project Managers on a daily basis to get the products approved / specified.
-Through the previously mentioned action/s, should generate sales & GP for electrical components.
-Make report on leads (value wise) and lost sales
-Analyse the drawings of the projects for finding suitable electrical components and quote.
-Answer customer queries with regard to product specifications and pricing of Electrical items.
-Prepare and submit Quotations & Tenders.
-Report to the Electrical Manager on sales activities and achievements.
-Keep record of customer data and customer call reports.
-Create weekly reports by collating and updating information related to orders and quotations
-Update the Projects database.
-Quote online tenders for Qatar Petroleum - Quadrum.
-Prepare submissions needed for switchgear items.
-Obliged to meet the KPIs given by the Department manager / Division head
-Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
المهارات
2 -3 Years sales experience particularly with electrical components
Good communication skills in English – Arabic a plus
Excellent customer service ability
Professional in appearance and attitude
Technical background and ability understand technical terms and products specifications.
Results oriented
Team Player
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package
