الوصف الوظيفي The Flower Retail department of Al Maktab Al Qatari Al Hollandi W.L.L. / Plaza Hollandi is looking for a florist for the flower shops. TASKS - Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations - Performing a variety of tasks associated with the creation, display and sale of floral arrangements, plants and accessories - Planning of arrangements according to the customer’s requirements, utilizing knowledge of design and properties of materials, or select appropriate standard design pattern - Informing customers about the care, maintenance, and handling of various flowers and foliage and indoor plants - Taking orders in person and over the phone from customers, including special requests, delivery date and location and processing payment - Assisting shop manager and creating flower display - Responsible for sorting, organizing, cleaning and restock all supplies - Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure safe transportation - Maintaining a clean workspace JOB REQUIREMENTS - Advanced knowledge of fresh floral produce and design techniques - Skilled to provide specialized design and floral expertise to plan, design and create floral arrangements as per requirement of the customer - Ability to write the order and to coordinate with the customer - Willing and able to work in varied shifts, including weekends and holidays المهارات - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent verbal communication - Excellent problem solving skills - Able to work under pressure - Attention to detail - Flexible and punctual team worker - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Good knowledge of the English language - Knowledge of the Arabic language is preferable At least 2 references need to be provided Salary package will depend on knowledge and experience A police clearance certificate (PCC) issued by the Criminal Evidences and Information Department will be required تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/florist-at-the-flower-retail-department-4208556/ |
