الوصف الوظيفي
To manage overall accounting department by maintaining the books of the company, ensuring proper recording /documentation and coordinating the work of accountants in all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, etc...)
Obejectives:
Ensure that all transactions are registered as per accounts policies and procedures on daily basis.
Ensure that the books of accounts are updated on daily basis.
Ensure submission of periodic reports when required.
Ensure to monitor and check if all entries are accurately recorded on daily basis.
Ensure to audit the chart of accounts and reconcile it on monthly basis.
Ensure that supporting documents and approvals are always obtained and secured with every transaction on daily basis.
Ensure to Audit and maintain the fixed assets register and reconcile it on monthly basis.
Ensure to monitor work progress in every task assigned to accounting staff on
daily basis.
المهارات
Minimum Qualification/ Education/ Training
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Experience
Minimum twelve (12) years’ experience, three (3) of which should be in Qatar
Six (6) years at Senior/Mid Management Level
Knowledge and Skills
Professional Accounting Qualification CPA, CMA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
Solid knowledge, implementation and understanding of IFRS
Excellent knowledge of advanced MS-Excel and Microsoft office
Good knowledge of finance systems and software
Problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good communication and interpretation skills
