Give primary support in the provision of a high quality and professional personnel service by providing advice, assistance and guidance on a range of personnel issues while implementing the company policies and procedures to ensure that employment law and best practice are adhered to.
المهارات
-Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in HRM with concentrations in areas of Social Sciences and administration
-Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources as personnel specialist
-Knowledge of Human Behavior and Psychology
-Knowledge of Human Resources Information System
-Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written English
-Proficient in Computer Systems and Applications
-Knowledge in Arabic is an advantage
