Responsible for day to day development, monitoring and administration of the product catalog on the back end (CMS), implement payment gateway integration and day-to-day maintenance.
Coordinate with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned products to be shared on the eCommerce website. Report and process online sales.
Maintain & manage online inventory and products SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) set-ups.
Develop campaigns to increase online sales.
Help manage our online marketing presence, including google and social media platforms.
Stay current on SEO trends and recommend strategies and tactics to the Sales and Marketing team.
المهارات
Strong knowledge in web development (front-end) to enhance online customer journey and UX (User Experience).
Experience in web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Strong knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS) and products SKU set-up.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices to identify, improve and optimize SEO KPIs.
Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics.
Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical and sense for attention to detail.
Strong proof reading and writing skills.
Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics (salesforce).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite products.
Must have HTML or WordPress experience.
