Receive and analyze Job Descriptions
Design job advertisement and spread those out to the most efficient sourcing channels including company Website and social media channels
Screen direct applications
proactively search for potential qualified roles
Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants and refer those accordingly
Guide multiple stakeholders through recruitment processes
Coordinate and facilitate interview schedule and physical/virtual interview trips
Conduct Reference Check, when needed
Utilize local and regional job boards, oversee social media initiatives, and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives.
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders
Attend and manage – when needed- full day recruitment fairs locally
Maintain Recruitment Tracking sheet and other relevant reports for accountability
Develop candidate rosters, employ traditional sourcing strategies, actively network and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent.
Perform any other related recruitment or HR administrative and business development tasks
Manage full-cycle of domestic or regional recruitment trips including communications with venues, interview schedule, candidates escorting…
المهارات
Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a recruitment role
Experience in recruitment for construction and blue-collar positions
Solid presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively
Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity.
Fluency in English is a must
Experience using local and regional job boards
Research and Internet surfing skills, Resourceful
Social Media common user and platforms friendly
Integrity and honesty
