We are an international luxury French pastry house expanding our operations in Doha.
We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Sales Executive in Doha, and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer!

Your Role:
The ideal candidate must be sharp, energetic, and effective in prospecting for and closing on business. In addition, you must have a proven track record of success in helping your company maximize revenues through the implementation of creative proposals and successful selling techniques.
Short term and long term planning are critical to the success of the position; development of monthly smart plans with measurable results will lead the department toward success; coordination of service needs to the production department is also critical for the success of the position; the ability to balance what the client wants with what is best for the company and work together in a team atmosphere driving revenues.
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will solicit, negotiate, and book new/repeat business by via outside sales calls, telemarketing, mailings, networking, etc. Requirements of the position include: a thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the catering, food & beverage and hospitality professions; effective communication skills, and the ability to negotiate, influence and sell professionals and/or prospective customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Implement B2B & catering marketing plans to achieve revenue goals
Organize promotional events and walk-in tours to market catering operations to individuals and organizations
Create and maintain product catalogs and promotional materials needed in cooperation with Head Offices
Develop positive working relationship with existing customers for repeat business
Explore new business opportunities with potential customers
Perform catering price negotiation with customers in coordination with the production department
Ensure quality services and operations by building trustful and positive relationships
Ensure A-Z quality execution of events and order deliveries in accordance with customer request and brand luxury standards
Maintain accurate and complete sales operational and transaction records
Maintain an events calendar and keep track of all confirmed future customer orders
Answer customer queries or complaints in accurate, timely, and professional manner
Interact with customers to get feedback on products and services offered
Prioritize sales tasks based on revenue goals and deadlines
Maintain a database of prospective and current customers and develop strong customer relationships to widen customer base and marketing opportunities
Keep track of competitors in the market while identifying their product offer, strengths and weaknesses, and other market trends
Prepare offer proposals, contracts, and other sales related documents
Prepare monthly sales reports and attend management meetings as required
Continuously seek to improve knowledge of the industry and attend fairs and events when needed

Preferably a bachelor degree in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing
Previous 3+ years experience in B2B sales, event sales, or catering is a must
Previous experience in luxury French food or high-end hotels is a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Self-motivated and results oriented
Creative problem solving skills
Excellent grooming, energetic, and sociable
Valid driving license issued from Qatar
