الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for an experienced Executive Manager to oversee all operations, functions and activities. You will be the face of the organization, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high quality vision. Responsibilities · Implement company’s Strategies Objectives. · Develop and implement complete business plans to fulfill of goals and objectives set by the board of directors. · Build an effective team by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers and employees. · Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans. · Maintain respectable relations with employees, customers and external suppliers. · Review reports by subordinate managers to acquire understanding of the organization’s financial and non-financial position. · Develop corrective actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary. · Guide employees through their development. · Ensure that the company’s budget set by Board of Directors is fulfill. · Ensure Implementing company’s wide procedures. · Ensure that each department is meeting its goals. المهارات · Outstanding organization and leadership abilities · Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance · Deep knowledge of the market the company operates in · Ability to work independently and in a team · Ability to manage multiple projects at once · Strong reporting & communication skills · Ability to develop new company policies · Experience in developing strategies and plans تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/executive-manager-4263425/ |
