الوصف الوظيفي • Point of contact in receiving and releasing documents • Creating entries using the tracker for inward and outward document monitoring. Ensure receiving copies are obtained periodically upon dispatch • Greets guests and screens the nature and purpose of their visit • Sorts and distributes mails and other documents to respective employee/ department • Prepares purchase requisition for office supplies and coordinates with procurement department on timely delivery of request • Receives CVs of walk-in applicants and endorse it to the Human Resources whenever needed • Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and printing of documents, sending fax, replenishment of fax and printer paper etc. • Maintains up to date files of records and other documents of Admin Department.
