To coordinate the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
To plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Arrange and Issue of products for all branches and receiving returns.
Co-coordinating after ensuring product availability and route arrangement.
Updating the stock report.
Physical check of products to ensure correct allocations.
Stock taking and allocation of products.
Prepare and retain all necessary documents for accounting and auditing.
Assisting for monthly reconciliation and inventory count.
Initiate all requests for replenishment of stock.
Communicating with other departments, staff and customers.
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Must be Holding a Qatari Driving License
Quality & Service Oriented
Communications skills - Must be able to read, write and communicate in English in order to understand written procedures, Arabic a plus.
Able to prepare and maintain accurate record
