الوصف الوظيفي • Identify and act on upselling opportunities to enhance average sales in order to meet and optimize sales targets • Seek out cross-selling opportunities to provide the customer additional product • Understand the importance of best sellers and store hot spots to increase sales • Process transactions at point of sale accurately and efficiently • Minimize or eliminate stock loss by monitoring all store areas and maintaining standard operating procedures • Be familiar with sales and operational figures at any point of the day and adjust selling strategies as needed • Be familiar with the store collection and customer profile for the brand and be able to do brief brand presentation • Understand the brand customer profile and translate that into overall image and purchase recommendations• Initiate conversation to understand customer’s needs and requirements • Devote required time for each sale by pointing out the product’s advantages relating them to customer requirements • Help customers with any queries they may have surrounding the brand or products • Maintain after-sales contact with customers to build relationships and drive repeat customers • Deal with customer complaints and refunds as per company policies • Maintain impeccable personal presentation and communication skills • Complete administrative formalities at the conclusion of the sales prior to settling of the bill • Process sales and payments on the system efficiently and accurately and close transactions courteously • Request appropriate customer details to feed into the customer database required for sending through brand promotions • Maintain store and brand standards ensuring that the floor area is always at highest standards • Comply with shop timings and adhere to standards in terms of tidiness, product display, shop security, etc • Process deliveries and stock transfers in an efficient manner against documentation and complete discrepancy reports as needed • Carry out inspection of all jewellery, on display or kept in the back-up stock, and identify, separate and sort all jewellery that require any attention e.g. cleaning and remove non-conforming products from display/stock for necessary arrangements. • Keep self abreast of the latest current market trends in terms of size, weight, designs and patterns by inquiring from customers or by their orders/requirements • Comply with the company dress code and work professionally in meeting the organisational standards whilst servicing the customer at the utmost whilst generating the optimal level of sales المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/jewelry-sales-advisor-4166959/ |
