Lead the Sales department to work out the sales strategy, annual sales plan, and to plan and coordinate marketing and sales.
Directly supervise and coordinate activities of retail sales workers in an establishment or department.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all commercial sales employees, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five to ten years related experience and/or training on Rent A Car industry
