Tasks:
Responsible for all HR function including employee relations, recruitment, training, employee engagement, payroll, vacations, and contracts.
Maintaining the entire group’s job descriptions for all positions
Maintaining the talent acquisition pipeline.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Delivering the new employee induction/orientation and assist them.
المهارات
Age:35 to 45years.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources field, with at least 5 years in people development designations.
Solid understanding of key HR processes and activities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionally address confidential matters.
Very good communication skills
Very good understating of Qatar Labor Law
Knowledge of standard office applications (Ms Office package)
Knowledge in Payroll Software is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or other related area.
Knowledge of the latest talent development tools/ techniques and concepts
Computer Proficiency:
Microsoft Office (Expert).
Outlook email and Sharepoint database.
Languages:English (Advance) speak and write.
Personality:
Able to work as a team with people from different countries and cultures.
Proactive.
