Ordering vehicles as per customer requirement/specifications
Follows up with relevant Sales and PDI teams to get vehicles registered and delivered to RAC
Responsible for coordinating with customers for mobilization plan
Responsible for scheduling the drivers for vehicle delivery
Identifies damage free vehicles for de-fleeting
Supervising Fleet Controller to check vehicles are violation-free and registrations are valid
Submitting transferring and de-fleeting lists to management for approval
Responsible for coordinating with POV for smooth handover of vehicles
Follows up with Fleet Controller and drivers to physically handover vehicles and keys to POV.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining vehicle inventory
Supervises Fleet Controller and drivers to check physical location of all vehicles
Collates all data received from Fleet Controller and compare with SAP data.
Responsible for regular inspection of all yards
Supervising the arrangement of vehicles in yard as per vehicle category
Supervising the arrangement vehicle parking in yards for convenient exit and entry
Supervising the vacating yards as per management requirement.
Identifies vehicles with expired registration or registrations expiring in the next 3 months
Forwarding the said list to Technical Inspection team for registration renewal
Receiving regular reports from Technical Inspection team for renewed registration.
Schedule vehicles to be mobilized for maintenance on a daily basis
Supervise the movement of vehicles to and from RAC to garages
Coordinates with Supervisor or Junior /Fleet Controller in garages for speedy repair of vehicles
Maintaining daily reports and forwarding to management
Carries out all related duties assigned by immediate supervisor/Manager.
