الوصف الوظيفي · To review the Quality Plan periodically, in consultation with Construction / Project Manager and issue necessary addendums. · In-charge of site coordination related to site inspection activities with all trade sub-contractors. · Attending QC inspection tours and system walk down inspections. Interfacing and coordinating work inspection with other discipline prior for the next construction job. · Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA/QC manager and assist in developing corrective actions. · Following up inspection comments to confirm that they addressed, responses are completed and compliance with the contract documents. · Maintaining daily inspection record and summary. · Responsible for planning and preparing the QA/QC plans for the factory and projects sites. · Running the QHSE system under the guidance of the MR. · Ensuring that all material and products are being used from the approved sources and as per the latest issued and approved documents. · A very high commitment to QHSE and other locally required standards. · To prepare Method Statements, inspection check lists and test plans etc. for various activities. · Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. المهارات · Extensive experience in supervision (minimum 10 years) in the respective consultancy firm. · Strong leadership and facilitative skills. · Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills at an individual and team level. · Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs and general computer literacy skills.
